Weird RFE

Hello,

Just this morning my attorney recvd a fax saying that 1500 USD check is needed. He says he had mailed it earlier but he will FedEx a new check.

He also said that I should "consider my case approved" as the only item in the RFE was the check. Is it possible that there may be further obstacles in form of another RFE, etc. or is he correct in saying that my case is "almost approved" and USCIS is only awaiting the 1500 check?

ACWIA fee is $750.00 for an employer who has less then 25 employees and $1,500.00 for an employer more than 25 employees
