weird response from IIO reg FP notice

I talked to IIO regarding FP which i have yet to receive. My I485 was applied in january 2000. The IIO simply said it has still not been issued and he doesn\'t know when will it be issued. On asking agian when can i expect response was don\'t know?
Anybody similar to my boat where they have not received FP notice yet

called INS quite a few times no luck. Lawyer sent a request to INS, let me wait and see !!!!!
