It sounds a bit weird am sure, but has anyone choosen to void or voided their GC because they were still single past filing their GC and at the time of the FP'ing.
Basically to have an option to come to the US with a new h1-b after a 1yr gap, along with their spouse, rather than face getting a GC approval and having to either wait for the family sponsored GC to complete or find other ways to get their spouse to the US.
