Weird Online message while waiting for Card.Does anybody know about it

Hi,
Our passport was stamped on Jun 1st 2004 and after that we have never re'ved card and never moved. We have made couple of inquiries to CSC service center.
And today I got email and saw on the website weird message.
"On October 4, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
"
What the hell is that?
Does anybody have idea about it.
Thanks in advance.
 
This might be a response to your inquiry or better may be your cards are on their way.

Weird online message.

We got our approval and passport stamped in August 2004 and now this message:
"Our last written notice in this case was returned as undeliverable by the post
office on October X, 2004. To update the mailing address so this notice can be re-sent, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283".
