Called TSC yesterday to make a status enquiry and was told (as they have many times before) that my NC was initiated in July 2005 and is still pending.
I have not seen any LUDs in the past after such a conversation. However this time I got some 5 emails, 3 from CRIS and 2 from USSO all saying the following,
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

I just checked on my account today and I see another LUD but the rest of the message is still the same in spirit but the format has changed. Have others had LUDs after status enquiries in the past?
Instead of doing these cosmetic chages to their website details, I hope they invest more time in adjudication.
