My current salary on H1 job offer is too high. I am unable to maintain that much in my W2. So can i reduce the amount and reapply for new job offer-LC Form that is with H1? Will this be a problem if i go ahead and file my g.c in PERM in future. I heard we have to meet state's prevailing wage when applying for g.c. I want to avoid re applying for increased LC in H1. How can i find prewailing wage for a master's student and software analyst in MN state I tried this site...http://www.calmis.ca.gov/htmlfile/programs/pwdescrip.htm...it's all latin to me. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
