I applied my 485 and 140 concurrently and my greencard application was filed under PERM early this year. 485 and 140 were filed in July. I received a receipt notice for the 140 soon after, which was filed with TSC.
My 140 still has not been approved, but I recently received RDs for my 485, 765 & 131. All three are being processed at VSC. Two days later I receive a biometrics appointment letter. This is scheduled for mid November.
One of my friends who did not file greencard under PERM, but filed her 485 and 140 concurrently, when all cases were retrogressed recently, received her EAD approval. She did not receive any notification about her 140. No RD, nothing. And out of the blue she received her EAD a few days ago. Don't remember where she filed. Hopefully her good fortune will rub off on me.
