weird case in my process time

Hi,

i have a big problem i need need any ideas.
so...i will tell about my problem shortly, on August 25 i did my FP in Atlanta GA and from then i'm just waiting for the Interview so I decision to called to the USCIS.
i spoke with one of the customer service and He told me that He is surprised how i didn't receive notice to the Interview so his Opinion was to send them Letter of complaint and from then i need to wait about 15 days.

now i really want to know what i should do?
maybe someone have similar problem as i have?

The latest case (and the closest one to you) I see in Atlanta is as follows:

Fingerprinting: 08/15/2012
Interview Letter Received: 12/26/2012
Interview Date: 01/30/2013

So you are pretty much inline to get your interview letter. Not sure if filing a complaint would help but looking at the above case and given that we had the Holidays and New Year in between, you can give it maybe 10 more days to receive your interview letter.

I would just wait two more weeks and call them again about your status in case you do not receive any update by then.
