Hey all,
So here's my situation:
1. I currently hold a B 2 Visa with an F-1 status (I changed from B to F back in 2001, when it was still possible to do that)
2. I finished highschool in the US and currently attending a university full time (starting my junior year in the fall)
3. Got accepted to an internship program in London (it's considered as study abroad by my university so it's as good as being enrolled)
4. I have had a reinstatement in the past (due to school closing down and transfer process, anyway, it was deemed that I was fit to be reinstated)
5. Have been in the country for 6 years, never left, so I only have a B stamp on my passport (it's B, 10 yrs, multiple entry)
6. Just extra info: I'm from the Philippines with a pending job offer back home
Question is:
Im considering whether I should take my chances and go for that internship. Basically, completing this internship is a condition to get hired back home. What are my chances of getting denied a student visa in London? I heard that it's somewhat hard to get it there. ANYONE that has experience with it or know about it, PLEASE PLEASE let me know. You can post here, send a pm, or email: dela_cerna@hotmail.com
Thank you so much in advance!
