So much happened in the last week.
Some good news include rapid advancement of EAD approval, some sporadic approval in Apr/May 02 cases, which shows they are still working.
Bad news include Nov./Dec 01 cases are on hold. Not many FP redo notices.
Forecast:
EAD Will move along quickly, next JIT will move into Oct.02
FP-redo hopefully pick up a little speed in the next months.
485 approval very very slow and it will remain at such a slow speed.
Election year is coming. Some politicians will try to play the H1B card. Worst case will be that law makers will introduce some new measure to the current AC21. That will be disasterous.
