No, you cannot bring your wife to the US. The wait time is up to 2 years.
it used to be 5 years,fortunately it is now 2 years max ( immigrant lawyer's word), you may even get it sooner.

my cousin is going through the same thing. we have visited the immigrant lawyer couple times , that is the reason I have knowledge on this.
do you already have the green card or have you just been selected for DV2012?
