Website Problem with E-filing I-765 CC charged NO receipt Number

I tried to apply for my second EAD renewal using E-file option. After entering all the information and confirming the form, at the payment tab, after entering cc info , site took a while and just sat there and timed out.

When tried to login again, status for Form I-765 says "Action Needed" and after clicking on "Add/Edit/Delete" for the form it gives message

"Form Number: I-765
There was a problem processing your I-765 form. Please contact your nearest BCIS office, or call the National Service Center at 1-800-375-5283 to resolve this matter, and reference the above receipt number when you do so. "

I called NSC twice and CSR have no idea, she asked to my start over again. I can do that but then I checked with Credit card company and there is a charge on my CC for $175.

I didn't get any receipt number.

If anybody has any idea how to go further, PLEASE HELP, as applying for renewal is kinda urgent.
 
Same happen with me last night

I put all info and credit card click finish nothing happen and waited log in again Action required and error in submitting. Did form again and got receipt as well as form print but see two charge of $175 on my card??
