Website certificate error when accessing Online registration.

When I try to access the online registration link from this website:

http://www.mha.nic.in/oci/oci-main.htm

I get a certificate error saying that the "Certificate authority is not trusted" and browser is suggesting not to continue to the webpage.

Did any of you face this? Tried searching this forum and couldnt see any one reporting this?
I know we can download and fill it in manually but anyone had the same issues while doing it online?

They have not got the certificate signed by a trusted SSL certificate authority like verisign etc. If you see the issuer it is vpnca, intranet. Probably some kids generated the certificate and put it there as part of a BTech eight semester project and no one cared at the ministry. It is very easy to hack such sites and put another untrusted certificate. Very dangerous indeed! One should always have a trusted certs in online secure portals.
