I filed for my 485 in October. But my I140 took 10 months to get approved.

You might see 5/6/7 for whole of next mnth or 6/7 but not 7/8/9..

..not to forget there r lot of 07/01 cases as EB3 got current.

It seems ric filed 485 in sept and he is paranoid for his approval,

But he is calling Oct filers greedy.All the time he asks for Fairness
,fairness,fairness etc.He is shouting at TSC guys for the reason that
VSC is approving TSC\'s 485s(don\'t know even this is true.)
