Still I am confusing what is mean that "we ordered you a new card". My 485 is approved.

Just a clarification??

Everybody,
I am just wondering.. has there been any case where USCIS message says "your case is approved & card has been ordered" and it has not been recieved for over 3-4 weeks. OR.. could it be an error message generated from the system?
(since anything is possible at TSC, am just curious.)
