Hello my name Joshua, and I have met and fallen in love with a girl from Denmark. We met at school and recently her J-1 study visa ran out and she had to return to Denmark. I have one more full year of school, and she has one semester left. Both of us dont care if we live in the US or Denmark, we just want to be together.
The plan so far was that I was going to visit her in August and stay for the 90 day maximum and take all online courses so once the school year started i could stay there as well. Then after she was possibly going to come back with me, and we were going to get a place together.
But the thing is she would only be able to stay for the 90 days vacation, and she has the 2 year agreement of permanent residency in Denmark, which we are trying to get waved.
She will try to get a working visa if at all possible, but since i have never filled one out before i dont know the chances of her getting one.
My basic question is we need help, any suggestions on where to go from here would be great. We have talked with a lot of people, but we need a direction to go. Any help would be great.
I was also thinking of applying to grad school at the Copenhagen Business school, so i could live in Denmark for a longer time. could i also getting a working visa as well during this time, possibly?
We just have a lot of questions and dont really know which way to go, and are a bit over whelmed any help would be great,
