Guys we can get Duplicate notices but we may have to pay heavy price for that. I talked to my lawyer and she said we can get duplicate notices through form called I824(I think this is used for different purposes). Waiting time for that kind of application is over an year. So guys who ever are in the range of "may 01 to dec 01" do not (do not do not do not do not do not do not do not do not do not ) change the address now. I think TCS is started processing the applications in that range.

I agree with your opinion, however I had no choice and moved last month. Fortunately USCIS successfully completed my address change. Since notifying them I have received my new EAD card at my new address and a confirmation letter of address change pertaining to my I-485 application.
