We both I-485 &EAD received receipt this morning

We have the same MD but..

I have not received receipts for 485, EAD, AP. Did you get the receipts or your attorney? Thanks.

if your I-140 was approved for CP. If yes, we have similar situation. My case is being handled by corporate attorney :(

MY I-140 is pc, NVC say the case already send to china, I also call VSC, they say don\'t worry when VSC review my case, they will call china to return my case. I not sure, is that true?
 
But this will delay the case by...

2-4 months.
Since there is sometime until our case comes for approval, there may be something that our attorney can do to avoid the future delay. I will keep you posted.

I asked my lawyer, If my case sure in china, what is next step? he say because he hasn\'t receive packet 3, so he can\'t do anying right now. when china get my case, they will send letter let he known(lawyer) .
