We are moving from Montana to Phoenix AZ will this delay me for long?

We are planning on moving sept 5th headed to Phoenix from Montana so it would be a change in my DO (Helena now Phoenix when we move) The reason we have to move is our oldest has mental health issues and there is better care available for her there as well as mediacl care for my husband who has alot of medical issues as well...I have a RFE right now and hope to have that all sent off by July 31st (My medical and co sponsors info) and then hopefully my EAD will be in before we leave sept 5th (I'm praying anyways) will this cause a huge delay in my case for getting the interview??
If so is there a idea how long of a delay this would cause?

Do not transfer your file to Phoenix unless you absolutly have to. I live in Phoenix and know that office very well. They are rude, crude and the most unhelpful group of creatures you will ever deal with. Unless you like pulling your hair every time you go to the phoenix office, I would RECOMMEND not to transfer your file here. FYI, I am filing a lawsuit againest them.

I have to tranfer my file, We leave for phoenix next tuesday evening my oldest needs better medical and mental health care and in the valley she will get it
