We are a company based in the Los Angeles Area, We keep getting small projects ( 5 hrs -100 hrs) for which we are looking for people .

Qualifications :

1.Experienced in Flash , HTML ,Photoshop and related technologies for web site development.
( front end GUI)
2.Experienced in PHP/ My Sql web development related technologies.(Back End /Server side/Scripting)

Terms :

1.You work out of your home in the evenings by connecting to our server and reporting via an intranet system.
2.You quote for the job based on the amount of work and we pay that amount on completion and approval by client.
3. Payments can be made here or in India. We can process concurrent H1 ( Part Time H1), for those of you, who have a work permit, you are allowed to work part time and receive paychecks for the same.We can also pay by paypal.

How do you allow such postings here? Should this not be posted in a Job site somewhere?
 
I believe the Moderators are working Overtime going thru the Threads/"Discussions" posted in VSC & CSC forums.

Im my personal opinion, an Occassional Job Lead can be posted here by a forum member which after all can benefit another AOS adjustee.
In this case, Vazeedali is soliciting his company, so this has to be discouraged.
