I was all along a silent observer and was a visiter in the forum everyday and therefore thought of sharing this with all of you. On November 19th, 2003, both my wife's and my 485 case got approved (as per the case status online).
RD: 06-21-02
ND: 06-24-02
FP: 08-20-02 (tomorrow would have expired)
EAD: 1st time applied 06-19-03
RFE issued for EAD: 09-19-03 (copy of driver's license)
Status says: RFE contents received Oct 21, 2003 .....case pending...I guess no need for that any more....
