Ways to bring spouse of a GC holder to USA when F2A is under processing (long wait?!)

Hi, could anyone enlighten if there is a way to bring the spouse of a US permanent resident from India to USA when the family based green card application (F2A: I-130 or 485) is under processing? if yes, then what visa will it be? also, is there a premium processing for I-130?
since the I-130 processing times are really long (even if the filing date and final action dates are current for India)...I'm wondering if there's a way for the spouse of a green card holder to come to US on a visa.

I'm not married yet and got my green card in October 2021. I wanted to know if I can marry someone from India and bring her to the US on a dependent visa until she gets her F2A based green card. I heard the F2A (I-130 and 485) processing takes years even if the dates are current.(?)
