If you look at the statistical records at the INS web site, it will prove my theory that applicants in the "other" country category are at a MAJOR disadvantage in regards to processing times. Half of all 485\'s at the VSC comes from Indian applicants. Applicants from the "Other" catagory should definately be on a more expedious processing schedule. This way the playing field will be equal.
