Way to know Case Status other then 800 #

Is there any other method to get case status. The 800 # is useless and owrst then previous #. VSC is enjoying backlog again?

The issue here is not to get status/information
but
to get approvals.

call your lawyer and tell them to find case status for you. I think that works better rather than individual getting the status.

I don't think lawyer will have a better way to contact BCIS other than calling 1-800 number.
