Way to handle the CSC busy line

For these friends who have called CSC before:
how did you handle the busy signal when you called CSC number? Did you keep redialing it, or simply hold it until geting through?

I try usually around 7.00 am and still get busy signal but after may be 10 times u get the line, but the wait time is less like 10 -20 minutes.
 
Ok you've attended college in India right? remember when you used to call home on STD and it always gave you a busy message? This is the same thing, keep redialing, tell the phone line who'se the boss.
 
Holding to a busy signal??? Tell me again... how did you get your H1/college degree? Then again its INS helpline we are talking about, the end result will be the same regardless of if you hold to the busy signal or get through and end up talking to a person, i.e. nothing.
