Way to contact Indian Consulate -Chicago

Hi all

Do anyone of you have experience in contating Indian CONSULATE-CHICAGO. I am tired of calling them - EITHER ringing..ringing...they dont pick up and goingto voice mail OR BUSY...BUSY....Worst people for business and customer service......

Any idea how to get these guys on board.

Ur suggestions and help is much appreciated
 
Not only CGI Chicago, I had worst experience with CGI Houston, all of these Consulates are running as 'Local Dhabas' where no one takes care of u, u just hav to wait and c my frnd.
