I did an application I-612 to the DHS to waive foreign residence requirement 212(e),
After a long process with my government, the DOS and DHS I finally received the Approval Notice, immediately I sent this to complete my I-485 petition and 2 month latter I got my PR… now, one month later I got news from the DHS saying that a Denial Notice for my I-612 waiver was sent to me. Is this going to revoke my PR?
May 28, good news:
I got the letter refering my I-612 denied. I understood now. my case was approved in Vermont, now California was also proccesing it as well. they say the proces with them is not longer required as it was already approved in Vermont, so they send the denial and say they dont need to get involved in this case.
I almost had a heart attack for that Denial that is nothing but a "we don't care anymore." so my first approval notice is stil valid.
Blessings and good look to all of you guys dealing with this crazy USCIS, DHS, DOS, DMV, etc...
Love you guys,
Gera
