According Washington Post said last week, all INS officers stop 485 approval so that they can have time to refund 485 filing fee paid more by filers. sometime last year, INS increased some appication fee which were not passed in Congress. Now they need the time to check and refund those fee if paid more

Can you provide the link to the article that specifically says that 485 (only) adjudication is being put on hold?

Adjudication officers to be transferred to billing department to write refund checks... Ya right....
