Washington Local Office Transfer (Arlington)

I figured there is no thread for Washington.
My case was tranferred to Local INS office Washington D.C on July 28. Any Ideas whats going to happen and how long

I have not received any notice either ablout the trasfer.

Any feedback is greatley appreciated
