Hi,

In the list on the web page, it says send a copy of the PIO card,
but toweards the top of the web page, it says in BOLD to send ORIGINAL PIO CARD.

Can you please tell me your thoughts on what should be sent?

This is one of the biggest battles to decipher what these guys want... :(

I had similar situation, sent them email, received back answer, stating that "Notarized Copy" of PIO is sufficient at the time of application. You should send PIO card with the passport when you send it for stamping.

I did the same before even receiving their reply (reply came after 14 days).
