My wife was out of town for her May interview and wrote to the DC (Northern Virginia) office twice asking for a rescheduled interview date. No response. We called the customer service center, who also sent in an inquiry. No response. We tried to schedule an information session through InfoPass, but no time is available, ever.
What is the next step? The Congressional letter route?
