Can someone help me make sense of this? I filed my N-4000 application with the Vermont Service Center on Sept. 8, 2005. My Priority date is Sept. 6, 2005. I received a fingerprint letter from USCIS on Feb. 8, 2006 and the FP appointment was for March, 7 2006. I have since contact the FBI via e-mail to inquire about the status. I have yet to hear from them.
Last week, I found out the Washington, D.C. DO is currently processing PD Oct. 25, 2005, that's more than a month after mine. What worries me the most is not the length of time as it relates to the case, but the fact that many people who filed 2-3 months after me from the same DO have taken their oath. From reading this forum alone, I found about five people from the same district as me that are done with the process.
Does anyone have a similar experience? Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks
Newly,
