Was my case pre-adjudicated? FP is needed again?

My 485 (EB2-India-PD 5/2004) is pending more than a year. Received RFE on my birth certificate, month ago. I have submitted all secondary evidences for my birth certificate. I saw LUD for couple of days after RFE was recived. After a week, I saw LUD on mine and all my dependents 485s.

Based on this, can I conclude that our 485s was pre-adjudicated? Will they approve 485s immediatly, once my PD become current?

Another doubt..Our finger print (code 3) was done in June 2005 and it will expire in Sep 06. Will they ask us to go for another set of FP in sep 06?

Has anyone received FP notices after replying RFE on 485..?

which center is processing ur application? NSc or TSC? and where did u file originaly?

What was the original document you sent for your birth cetificate and what were the additional documents you have sent now? Please elaboarte on that cause I am wonderign what are the documents thay accept and what they do not!
