Hello,
I had been on H1B for 5 years and half, My contract with the sponsor ended on June 2006,I applied for O visa 2 days prior to the expiration of H1 visa, My perm and labor application were completed and I was able to file I140 , I185 concurrently on 11-21-07. I withdrew my application for O visa before the INS issues any verdict.
My question is while I was O-Visa "applicant",period from 6/29/06 till 11/21/06WAs I legal to stay?
If no do I need to do anything about it?
Does it affect my admissibility to the US if I use my AP?
