If anyone plans to go outside the US and wants to stamp H1B there, be very careful. Something has changed recently. I have a friend, whe went to his country with all valid papers to re-stamp h1b, and he had to wait there for 2 months until it was done. The consulate had to receive additional confirmation from US security department.
