if the U.S. goes to war with Iraq, do you think the event will hinder the approval process for green cards?
i would like to think that INS will operate "normally" with war or no war. BUT since INS will become DHS, war might add extra workload for DHS (let's hope not).
so what do you think? war will hurt us green card seekers or not? i don't want to debate if we should go to war or not. i am just trying to see what you guys think how war might affect INS.
