wanted to find I-485 processing date

my husband filed green card for me he is the primary applicant and our I-485 is pending.His priority date is Jan 2003.He falls under EB3 category,Nebraska service centre and he is Indian citizen.I am checking my case status online and status is shown as case received and pending.currently in NSC the processing date is running as july14,2007 and my processing date is september2007.can I-485 be approved if the processing time is current and priority date is not current.please help me out by providing information whats the priority date running for EB3 india and how long will it take to get the GC approval.

Priority date must be current or it won't be approved. Only exception is if the priority date was current in the past 1 or 2 months and they assigned a visa number at that time to your case but then retrogression made it no longer current in the current month.

Processing dates are less strict. Sometimes they do approve people who haven't reached the listed processing date.
