Want to use substitute labor

Hi,

I want to use my colleagues labor which got approved a month back. His labor was filed in Mar '03 and I filed my labor in Aug '03. He is leaving the company and If I use his labor for filing 1-140 what will be my new priority date ..Mar '03 or the dates when I apply for my I-140 via substituted labor.

Are both labours with PBEC ? Yours also might be on the way.
Can't you wait for yours ? (unless you want to file 140 asap)

I suggest you use your LC, Unless you are close 6 years crap.
