My OR-140 was filed in Aug. \'98, approved May \'99. After my OR-based 485 was filed, my company was taken over, so I filed an NIW in Nov. \'99 which was approved in July \'00. Recently my 485 was RFE\'ed (empl. letter, W2, tax returns, pay-stubs etc). I am putting together the response; but I also want to substitute my OR-140 with NIW 140. Gurus, does anyone see any potential problem/pitfall here ?
I was told that I could use the PD of the OR 140 while using my NIW 140. Is this correct? This is important because my NIW PD is not current. If anyone sees any potential problems in this entire procedure, I would really really appreciate hearing about it.
