I am a GC holder, and working on w2 now.
But I am planning to move to 1099, since I have a good offer from a client.
But I have No clue, Or Not a good idea, How to start on that.
I am an IT consultant.
Do I have to register a company in my name for it ? (and Declare myself a company ?)
Can you guys please help me / direct me, what is the best way to start on 1099 ?
And direct me to some good websites, i can get the information to start on 1099 ?
Any help will be greatfull.
