HI,
I am a resident of India and I want to start a business in US. I have an Idea and money to start a business but I need to know the procedure how to do that. Please advice.

There are lots of messages in this forum with the same topic. Going through them itself will give a fair idea of the things involved. And then you can ask specific questions.

Please do not misunderstand. I am not trying to be evasive or snooty. But there is enough preliminary information out there and your question was so very generic.
