Want to pre-empt an RFE, please advice

I am pretty sure I will get an RFE for I-639(medical exam)as my lawyer did not file for it. I already finished my FP last week .Can I pre-empt by mailing in my I-639 before I get my RFE or should I wait till I get my RFE.
Does mailing before create any problems.

The RFE\'s come with a number attached to them. If you send it by yourself it might be added to your file but most probably will be kept aside.

I feel that you can save the effort and wait. Or you can ask an IIO about it.

You can send it now as well

Your lawyer can send the medical papers now. However there is good chance that those papers may not reach the officer working on your case. Get an additional copy (original) from your Medical Officer
and keep it ready for the RFE. Worth trying.
