My wife came to USA with Me in H4, mine was H1B. She changed her status to F1 after 2 years. Finished her study while in COS F1. Didn't goto India in these study time, so no question of taking F1 visa from consulate. Now she is going to India and will get H4 to come back to USA as she has finished her study. I am also going at the same time. I have valid Visa to come back (I did revalidate in USA). My labor is going on in USA in regional label.
Now my question:
can US consulate in Kolkata deny my wife H4 by asking question like this:
Is green card processing going on for your husband? (What should be the answer?)
Ds-156 has a question: Is immigrant visa applied on your behalf? (Obviously No in my case)
