Want to Change Jobs: Completed 180 Days

Hi

Here's my immigration process details:

EB2
PD: 09/2003
140 Approval: 05/2007
485 Receipt Date: 07/31/2007
EAD & AP: 10/2007
FP Date: 01/30/2008

I would like to switch jobs, having stuck in mine for 8 years.

What is the process of changing jobs?
What papers should the new Company file?
What papers should the new company continue filing for the immigration process till i get the actual PR card?

I read a lot of details in here, however, i am still not certain on the exact procedures and documentation filing.
