Want to cancel the EAD/AP application. Send twice.

I have a messy situation. My wife was here and I filed for her EAD and AP renewal electronically. Meanwhile she had to go to India urgently. Later I filed her EAD renewal manualy again (I know I messed up here) by taking her signature. Now I have a situation. I got three letters from INS for the electronic filing saying that my wife had not taken an appointment for taking photos and fingerprints for EAD and AP renewal and the third saying that the birth date in the AP renewal is wrong.

Meanwhile I also got a receipt for the EAD which I had filed manualy.

She already has a valid current EAD and AP by which she can come back from India.
Also the dates and time by which she is told to take appointment and submit birth date for the one that was electronically filed is Jan 9, by which she will be back here.

Now somehow can I cancel the applications that I electronically filed.

Please advise.
 
I'm sure you can withdraw your applications. Have you called the national customer service center?
