Want to bring my parents - H1B 6-years expiring

Here is the situation. My H1-B 6-year term will be over in 2 months and I have applied for the 7-th year extension already. Since my wife is pregnant, I would like to bring my in-laws/parents to US on visitor visa. If I send my current H1-B approval ( which will exprire in 3 months ) and the 7th year extension fliing receipt to them, will there be a problem in getting the visitor visa?

I appreciate your help.

well supported with other documents it should not be.
other dosuments is the employment, financial and ties to India docs.

U have proof of current status and ext provides the continuation so you should be fine
