are you a US citizen? By brother's family you mean his wife/children? WHat is your brother's immigration statys?

No..I am a PR

He s in India and I am a Permanent Resi.... Some one told me that I can apply now and then wait until I become a Citizen and that will save time...Also do I have to have an attorney to do this ?
