want 2 bring my parrent's need help

I filled my AOS last year dec.I got my I -140
approved last year oct.I just got my EAD last month.I want 2 bring my parrent's here as a tourist for a few month Is there any way.Let me know.If so what do i need.Please let me know.I was
out of status for almost 2 yr.Before i applied
for my LC,Thak's 2 clinton's xtended 245i plan.If there is any way please let know.Thank's folk's.

If your question is whether you can bring your parents when you are in AOS, Yes you can.

Send the papers as in immihelp.com, for stamping visitor visa at the consulate in the area where your parents reside.

I am in AOS and brought my mother here last week after she stamped her visa in the first week of July. She was asked regular questions about where she is going? who is in USA?...etc.

The only problem in the process was getting an appointment scheduled for visa stamping. We tried to schedule an appointment in early May and got a date for visa interview in early July. So, schedule an appt. ASAP.

Visitors visa ....

.... is mainly dependent on the purpose of visit and the who pays the expense. Your status here (H1/EAD/GC) does not matter much. Out of status I dont know.

Also does anyone how long are they issuing the B1-2 visa for now ... My parents have for 10 years, but I want to sponsor for my in-laws now ....
