Very quick question,

I am a Canadian Citizen and currently working for Canadian company.

I want to get a job for a US online or IT company (Paypal, IBM, etc) as a professional in marketing & Sale (marketing manager, sales engineer, account manager) for China region.

So the position I am seeking will located in China by a US corp.

If the job is offered, I'll be living in China, most of the time (90%), I believe.

is it right to get TN visa?
is it easy to get TN visa?

Thanks, guys.

Where would you be living? If in the US, then you need some kind of work visa. A TN would be one option.

if you will be living in China, then you need a work visa from the Chinese government. A TN is irrelevant and useless to you.

But the job is offered by a US company, and salary will be given by US company, not Chinese company, how come TN is useless?

The TN visa is to allow you to reside and work in the USA. You do not need to work or reside in the USA. You need to be allowed to reside and work in China. There are many people who work for a company that is a US Corp, yet these same people do not live or work IN the USA. Once you get the job, ask the company how they can help you get a work visa for China. I am sure they know exactly what needs to be done.

That explains everything.

You are better than immigration lawyer.

Thanks Gunt
