Labor Certification started Dec 1997, received Aug 1998 (so far so good...)
I-140 approval received December 1998 (not bad ...)
I-485 (EB2, Other) RD 02/10/99, PD 02/25/1999 (now the pain starts ...)
FP 12/28/99
1st RFE for biographical information, current salary, sent 06/28/00
lawyers received 07/10/00
replied 08/17/00
INS received 08/25/00
2nd RFE requesting I-140 redo, due to company buy-out, sent 09/01/00
lawyers received 09/08/00
